Description:
The NTN 4T-HM218248 is a cone only for a single-row tapered roller bearing. This removable component includes the inner ring and tapered roller set and must be paired with a matching NTN cup (outer ring) to form a complete bearing assembly.

Its tapered geometry allows the assembled bearing to support combined radial and axial loads in one direction. Because the cone and cup are separable, installation is easier and end play or preload can be adjusted during assembly. For reliable operation, it is recommended to replace the cone and cup together and use matching components from the same manufacturer.
