Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new or used condition and in the same state as when you received it. Items should ideally be returned in their original packaging, although it is not a strict requirement.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Items that are hazardous materials, or contain flammable liquids or gases.
Returns and Refunds
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send the item back to the manufacturer.
Reasons for Returns:
- Remorse (change of mind): No restocking fee.
- Defective or damaged items: No restocking fee.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. Processing times can vary. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@rdvbearings.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@rdvbearings.com and ship your item to: 4562 North Hiatus Rd, Sunrise, FL 33351.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, we will refund the gift giver directly.
Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
For more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee the receipt of returned items.
